I used to be quite ... I used to be quite political at one time...there was a time when it made a difference which party was elected to power...thing I seem to have noticed is that it hasn't been that way for about 25 years...all the politicians are bought, paid for and approved by the corporations that own it...considering? history, it's probably more surprising that so much freedom of expression was allowed for so long,
it's just one more example of us having our basic freedoms eroded to suit the needs of the markets
Thank you for those ... Thank you for those kind? words , i,m guessing people don,t understand or are not able to . it is our responsibility to drive it home for them , thanks for your constant support .
They wont realize ... They wont realize it until its too late....
But you tried mate and you're a great person, it still sucks that people dont see the? urgance of this
Censorship, Privacy, Anonymity, and Net Neutrality March 4, 2011 - Adam Beberg presents several topics related to daily life on the Internet, suitable for a wide and non-technical audience. His work over the last two decades has centered around Distributed Computing, Security, and Education. Censorship limits what can be found when looking for news and information. Privacy is far more important than in the past since everything one does on the Internet can come back to do damage years later. Anonymity has turned the world into a happy but deceptive place, safer for both whistle-blowers and criminals. Net Neutrality is a three-way crash between technology, business, and political realities, that may have serious consequences for future freedoms and business opportunities. Hints And Tips For Buying Wine At Christmas
This is the time of year when people are looking to stock up on wines for the festive season, but with a bewildering array of wines to choose from on the supermarket shelves and in independent stores, what should we be buying? There are also lots of special offers on wines at this time of year. However, don't be tempted to buy a case of wine just because it is cheap. Buy one bottle first and taste it before deciding whether or not to buy a whole case. Wine merchants will often let you sample a wine on the premises before you commit to buying and will also make recommendations.
Wine: The Older It Gets, The Better It Tastes
Processed through fermentation of original grape juice, wines are alcoholic beverages that are usually named after a fruit. Terminologically, the word is relatively used. They can be a term for alcohol content or a name for a wine production process. Commercially, this English word is derived from the Latin winam that means grape or wine.
